Foreign Language Correspondent (m/f/d), full-time
ANSEROS Klaus Nonnenmacher GmbH is a successfully growing company with 20 employees. We specialize in the development and manufacture of electrical ozone devices and complete systems from a single source. Our internationally operating company sells devices and complete system solutions for air and water treatment worldwide. We are a family-run company with 20 employees in the third generation. We are currently looking for a qualified specialist in the field of foreign language correspondence to start immediately, especially with German and English language skills.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Communication with customers to clarify service requests and present solutions
- Maintenance and updating of customer information and databases
- Order processing with invoicing and credit notes
- Arranging shipping with delivery notes and by commissioning parcel service providers and freight forwarders
- Support in processing import/export matters by applying for certificates of origin from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- Obtaining export accompanying documents from the responsible customs office Handling complaints
- Participation in national and international trade fairs
- Support in the creation of newsletters and advertising brochures
Requirements:
- Completed training or comparable qualification
- Experience in internal sales or related areas is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of English, both verbal and written
- Customer focus and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and CRM software
